Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we deliver within the UK only. We are working on expanding our delivery options.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

It depends on how you plan to use it. For city use and travel, our lightweight and compact strollers like the UPPAbaby Minu V3 or Joie Nutmeg are ideal. For outdoor adventures and jogging, consider the Thule Urban Glide 3 or BOB Gear Wayfinder. For two children, explore our double stroller range.

Are your car seats compatible with my stroller?

Many of our travel systems are designed to work together out of the box. For individual car seat and stroller compatibility, check the product descriptions or contact us and we will advise you directly.

At what age can my child use a forward-facing car seat?

UK law recommends keeping children rear-facing for as long as possible. Most convertible car seats in our range support rear-facing up to 18kg or more. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and current UK regulations.

Do your products meet UK safety standards?

Yes. Every product we stock meets or exceeds current UK and EU safety standards. We only carry products from brands with a proven track record in child safety.
