Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your delivery in real time.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email — look for a dispatch confirmation email from Geeary. This will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Click the tracking link — your email will contain a direct link to track your parcel with our delivery partner.
  3. Enter your tracking number — if you prefer, you can visit the carrier's website directly and enter your tracking number manually.
  4. Follow your delivery — track your parcel from our warehouse to your door, with live updates at every stage.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery — 3 to 5 working days
  • Express Delivery — 1 to 2 working days (where available at checkout)

Please note that delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 1 additional working day.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact our support team with your order number and we will look into it straight away.
